Meleku graduated from Bahir dar University in both his
bachelor degree and his first Msc in biology. He has returned to Bahir Dar University once again for his Msc in
Environmental Engineering.
Melaku has been working in the Ethiopian Blue Nile river basin authority as a water
pollution monitoring expert since May 2011. As a resident of Bahir Dar, he is keen on sharing with his peers knowledge about the historical places in Ethiopia as well as the major water and environmental problems faced in the basin in order to suggest mitigation measures.
