Lawrence Okello is a professional percussionist and multi-instrumentalist from Uganda.  A member of the renowned Ndere Troupe from 1997 to 2012, in 2013 Okello became the musical director of the Sosolya music and dance troupe in Uganda.  Okello has performed internationally in a variety of formations and ensembles.
